These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your access and use of the recipes generated from the Facebook community and users on this mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use the App.
1. App Content:
The recipes available on this App are generated from the Facebook community and users. These recipes are contributed by various individuals and are not created or endorsed by the App or its developers. The App is a platform that facilitates the sharing and discovery of recipes from the Facebook community and users.
2. Accuracy and Reliability:
The recipes provided on this App are generated by users, and while efforts are made to ensure their accuracy and reliability, the App cannot guarantee the authenticity, correctness, or safety of the recipes. Users should exercise their judgment and discretion when using or relying on any recipe found on the App. The App and its developers are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of the recipes.
3. Recipe Ownership:
By contributing a recipe to the App, users grant the App and its developers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the recipe in connection with the App's operations and functionalities. 9. Severability:

10. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the App regarding your use of the App and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not access or use the App.
